Take a note: twice a year, Barcelona’s poshest store Santa Eulalia organizes absolutely fabulous outlet sales. Basically, they rent two floors of Catalonia’s congress center located in Barcelona, and dedicate one floor to male and another to female collections.

To find out the dates of such sales, do follow this blog and “Like” Santa Eulalia on Facebook. Mind that knowing the date is not sufficient- invitation is mandatory!

To obtain it, you must register on their website and provide your address. I kind of panicked as I was expecting invitation via e-mail. Since nothing arrived, I registered twice. Guess what- I received via post two invites! Invitation contains bar code which is scanned upon entering the outlet.

If you carry handbag, they will request you to deposit it at wardrobe.

Such outlet sales last for 3 days and price is gradually reduced each day. In fact, on the price tag you see the original retail price as well as how the price is expected to evolve per day. Therefore you either shop the very first day with the bigger chance to find more models and sizes or count on your luck and come the last day only, when you can be sure you are purchasing your finds at the best price!

Selection is quite limited the last day, there obviously is a huge luck factor, but if you indeed get lucky, you will purchase some fabulous designer pieces for 80% OFF the original retails price and more!

Think Chloé bag discounted from plus 2000 EUR to 700 EUR, Lanvin blouse cost me 170 EUR instead of 1225 EUR, Balenciaga pants were priced at 90 EUR from 515 EUR, Acne pants from 395 EUR to 70 EUR, Stella McCartney pants from 895 EUR to 140 EUR, Isabel Marant pants from 350 EUR to 90 EUR, Isabel Marant wool sweater from 400 EUR to 140 EUR, Carven dress from 1265 EUR to 190, etc. Other brands with amazing deals include Kenzo, Diane von Furstenberg and many more!

There are quite some shoes too! Tod’s, Lanvin, Charlotte Olympia, Acne, Celine were predominant brands. I found great Lanvin boots priced at 375 EUR from 995 EUR and many Lanvin ballerinas for around 170 EUR!

Amazing! One of the best deals on designer stuff I have ever witnessed!
